Never got confirmation that recipient got them

No phone number to talk to someone about my order. Emailed and got an email back that it had been delivered. Got a notice that it wasn’t delivered and said for me to get with the mail service. Still don’t know! Poor customer service.

Smaller than I thought but it was perfect for the occasion

Huge disappointment !

All the chocolate was melted! It was a mess! Had to through them out! Could not present them to our grandchildren! I did not expect this inferior shipping process! Needless to say we will never buy from your organization again! Wasted $116 dollars . A very dissatisfied customer!

Completely destroyed

My bouquet was completely melted couldn’t even tell they were supposed to be flowers I was very disappointed
