Refund policy
At Choco Gala, we deeply value our customers and 100% customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please reach out to us at contact@chocogala.com within 7 days of receipt. Our team may request photograph(s) for verification purposes. We will either provide you with store credit, a replacement of the original item(s), or an exchange.
If you wish to claim a short shipment on your order (missing units), please provide a picture of the original shipping box and label for verification purposes. No refunds or reshipments of short shipped orders can be made without photo evidence of the original box with shipping label.
We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please be sure to include a street address and company name, suite or apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery.
If you selected an Expedited shipping option and your order delivers late, please reach out to us at contact@chocogala.com and we will refund your shipping costs. Note that Standard shipping options are do not guarantee delivery dates and are not eligible for refunds.
If any order corrections are needed, please email contact@chocogala.com as soon as possible so that we can update your order. We cannot implement any changes if the order is already in-transit.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
