Orders and Payments
Once we receive an order confirmation, it takes our chocolate artisans 1-2 days to craft your order. Bulk or large orders can take 2-5 days to complete.
Yes, you will have the option of selecting a specific delivery date in your Cart.
If you choose Standard shipping, note that while orders will typically deliver on the requested delivery date, it is possible for your order to deliver late due to shipping carrier delays, inclement weather, and/or other unforeseen factors. To guarantee delivery on a specific date, please ensure you are selecting an Expedited shipping method in checkout.
We understand that sometimes you need to make a changes to an order. If you need to make a change, please reach out to us at contact@chocogala.com as soon as possible. We will not be able to make any changes if the order is already in-transit.
When packaging orders for shipping, we incorporate heat resistant packing materials and/or ice packs to ensure that your chocolates do not melt while in transit. Though extremely rare, if your arrangement arrives damaged, please let us know at contact@chocogala.com and our team will make it right.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We currently do not ship internationally.
We offer our customers flexible Standard and Expedited shipping options depending on your budget and/or need to guarantee the delivery. Expedited options will guarantee your selected delivery date.
During checkout, you will have options to ship via USPS or UPS. Costs are carrier calculated based on weight and distance.

We’re sorry if your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition! If your items are damaged during shipping, email us at contact@chocogala.com within 48 hours of receiving your package and include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and clear photos of the affected items and packaging.
We’ll review your case quickly and offer a resolution, whether it’s a replacement, refund, or store credit. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to make it right!

If you wish to claim a short shipment on your order (missing units), please provide a picture of the original shipping box and label for verification purposes. No refunds or reshipments of short shipped orders can be made without photo evidence of the original box with shipping label.
We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please be sure to include a street address and company name, suite or apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery.
If any corrections are needed, please email contact@chocogala.com as soon as possible so that we can update your order. We cannot implement any changes if the order is already in-transit.

Product Information
Our chocolates are melted through a careful tempering process and then placed into designated molds at the right temperature. This creates chocolate roses that are rich in flavor and smooth in texture. We produce different colors of chocolates by incorporating 100% organic fruit and tea powders during the tempering process.
Organic fruits are carefully washed, prepared, and then dried in-house by our chocolate artisans before being added to our signature chocolate bars, dips, and chips.
All our handcrafted chocolate goods are made from ingredients of the highest quality and integrity. Our team obsessively sources the finest Belgian couverture chocolates from reputable vendors. We source the highest quality, organic fruits and ingredients from local farms and markets for our various chocolate bars, dips, and chips.
Original Flavors (cacao butter contents in %):
Dark (54%), Milk (38%), White (28%), Gold (30%), Ruby (33%)
Flavors created using organic food powders:
Pink (White + Strawberry powder), Purple (White + Blueberry powder)
The ideal storage is a cool and dry place with a temperature around 65-70°F. Chocolates begin to melt at 75°F or higher so do not leave them near sunlight or heated areas.
We recommend not refrigerating or freezing them as this can cause cracks in the chocolates.
We recommend that you consume your chocolates within 1 month of receipt for optimal freshness, taste and enjoyability. If unopened and properly stored, the chocolates products can still be enjoyed within 3-6 months of receipt.
The ingredients and the processes used to create our products adhere to Kosher/Halal standards. All our chocolates are sourced from premium Callebaut Belgian Chocolate Callets, which are all Kosher-Dairy ("OK" certification) and Halal. Our organic food powders are all Kosher ("OU" certification). Organic fruits are washed, prepared, and dried in-house.
We are still in the process of having our facility approved by a Kosher supervising agency.
Allergen Information
The safety of our customers is a top priority for us. You should NOT consume ANY of our products if you have allergies for the following:
Dairy/Milk – All of our dark, milk, and white chocolates may contain dairy or milk products. Any person with a dairy allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.
Fruits – All of our products, including our solid chocolate pieces, may contain fruits or traces of fruits. Any person with a fruit allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.
Nuts – All of our products, including solid chocolate pieces, may contain nuts and/or peanuts. Any person with a nut allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.
Gluten – All of our products, including our solid chocolate pieces, may contain gluten. Any person with a gluten allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products

For favor orders that are 40+ units, we recommend that you order 2 to 4 weeks before the event and select a delivery date of one week prior to the event. For favor orders that are 100+ units, we recommend that you order 4 to 6 weeks before the event and select a delivery date of one week prior to the event.
