What is the return policy?

At Choco Gala, we deeply value our customers and 100% customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please reach out to us at contact@chocogala.com within 7 days of receipt. Our team may request photograph(s) for verification purposes.

We will either provide you with store credit, a replacement of the original item(s), or an exchange.

If you wish to claim a short shipment, we require you to send us a picture of the shipping box with shipping label for verification purposes. We cannot process or refund short shipment claims without the original box.

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee applies only to correctly addressed orders. Please make sure to include a street address and company name, suite or apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery.
