Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in the United States (includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Once we receive an order confirmation, it takes our chocolate artisans 1-2 days to craft your order. Bulk or large orders can take 2-5 days to complete. 

* USPS does not ship on Sundays and Holidays. Please factor this when placing your orders.

We offer shipping options with varying rates and delivery times.  E-mail confirmations will be automatically sent when your order is shipped.

We ship our products with the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service and the costs are calculated based on weight and distance.

We offer various shipping options. Expected delivery times are listed below:

• UPS Ground: 4 Business Days (Seasonal)
• USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Business Days
• UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days
• UPS Next Day Air: Next Business Day (If placed by 1PM)
• USPS Priority Mail Express: Next Business Day (If placed by 1PM)

We also offer free shipping for orders $100 or more:

• Free Shipping (2 to 5 business days, depending on location)

We also offer local delivery if your zip code is within the range of our shop. Local delivery comes with a flat fee of $25.
